Not really - or no worse than flashlight lenses. I use a glass which has almost the same internal diameter at the bottom as the disk, and the coin is completely invisible.


I quite agree. None of the mirrors I have in that size are sharp at all and in fact, they are very smooth. There are a few with some chips in the edges, but they are still not sharp. Of course, you just avoid the chipped ones...
