Lee has kept this a secret by using the old tried and true method of having it published it a magic magazine.

This is a very special video for me. Let me explain.
10 years ago I was 16 and it was my first summer at SS Camp. One of the guys I looked up to was Lee Asher- I was in his card class and tried to take every elective he taught (which included theory, business, and even a flourishing class which he co-taught with Jason Tang!). While I've had a lot of amazing adventures with him since then, none of which I'd trade, there's one memory I'll never forget. I was 16, at camp, sitting on my bed. I was the only one in the cabin at the time because I had come in to quickly to write down in my journal some cool trick I had just seen. In walks Lee Asher, who sits on my bed and without saying anything other then "watch" grabs my deck and does Continental Divide. The cards were mixed. Then they weren't. Then they were. Then he handed them back to me and walked out of the room. To this day, 10 years later, it still ranks as one of my favorite magic performances of all time. When I see this video I'm not just reminded of a badass card trick, but also how much magic has given me over my short lifetime. And it inspires me to do what I can to give back. Hopefully it'll make you feel the same way. Ben Train

I don't get the "press 3" thing. Did I mis it in this particular video?

Where can I get a copy of that illusive #3?
Some think Houdini used trap doors in his act, but he was just going through a stage.

I still can't figure out the #3 thingy. I feel stupid'er than I already am.

I too am stupid.
After much soul searching about a signature, I decided not to have one.

Lol guys.... when the video is playing (once it uploaded fully) ... just press 3 on your keyboard.... YouTube automatically splits up their videos in sections coordinated by the keyboard numbers...
if you press 3 repetitively it creates a hilarious take of the little boy doing a weird face and Lee saying something totally random... see it?!!?? come on people!! who sees it!? |
