"Blood From Stone" is an effect with strong crossover applications for Bizarre magic. Dark humor & masses of blood, what's not to like?

Seems like 99% of everything released these days is a close-up walkaround effect that may only be good to do for other magicians at the magic club or isn’t a pro routine that you’d do on a pay job. My opinion, of the other 1% there are so few routines geared to a young modern audience that are designed for stand-up workers which are funny and enough different than what every magician does that would get a strong reaction from real laymen. Especially in places where the audience is drinking and you need to really stand out compared to other acts on a show. Seems to me that BFS is in a category almost by itself.

Got my blood today. As I was driving by a Halloween Store, it dawned on me they probably sell fake blood there. And I was correct. Bought 16FL. OZ. for $6.00. Now all I need is my stone. Just have to be patient.

Nonvpro which type blood did you get? Type O, A, B, AB? My blood type is AB and when I do the Stone I want it to look authentic. I think all stone squeezers should go for authenticity in their presentations.

LOL. The bottle says "Spirit Bottle of Blood Flacon De Sang". I was quite surprised to see that it was actually made in the USA.

I’m also surprised to hear your fake blood was actually made in the USA, and they say nothing is manufactured here anymore. You know, this really is a great country. Good to remind yourself of it once in a while.

I've got my foot in the door in the comedy club market. There are a ton of clubs but a lot are spoiled by the idea that magic is just for little children. I see this as a boost in helping me make a full time career of it.

Just a little over 10 days away until this arrives! Woo Hoo!!!

Also eagerly awaiting the arrival of my stone, but a little worried the smell of fresh blood may attract vampires.

Don't worry. Judging by the size of vampire audiences in movies and tv that's probably not such a bad thing.
