What do you mean by meal voucher? Are you referring to ANY document that allows a person to have a meal with someone else paying for it? Or does this have a specific meaning in your jurisdiction that this poor, uninformed Canadian does not understand?

Thanks guys! Essentially we are trying to see how people would react to a voucher that would be accepted it at almost any restaurant or supermarket (a system in France). We are trying to see people's experience with vouchers in the US and Canada to see what challenges there would be and how it may be perceived. For the questions asking about your experiences, we are referring to any document (aside from a gift certificate) that is paid for by an organization and given out. Thanks again guys!

There you go. SurveyMonkey's buttons were in French. Was it reading my google preferences? That was weird.

It's in French because I am studying in Paris right now. I should have created it via a VPN so it would be in English, but I figure people are smart enough to figure it out! Thanks for taking it!

Why is there no "No" button for the "3. Have you ever used a meal voucher?" question?

There is, it's far off to the right of the page. It should have been underneath the "Yes."
