They were out of Texas in the late nineties. Around 1998 they were gone. Anyone know what happened to Bob??

Last I heard from a magic shop from there in Dallas that knows him is that he closed down and went back to work for a grocery store chain there.
I know how he felt. I tried to pick up the mantle when he disappeared and was run out of business too. The only difference between he and I is that he became so disgusted with the whole ball of pathetic non-loyal patronage that he assumedly swore off magic all together. Doug

I had heard that he had a dispute over the business with his girlfriend, who was claiming some ownership interest in it, and that contributed to the demise of the business. I have no idea if what I heard was correct.
I liked the site and I liked dealing with Bob. When he stopped updating the site, I checked back every so often, probably for a couple of years, to see if he was back in business, but no luck. --Rick |

I also checked back. The site was up for years after he was done. It was the first magic site I ever visited and it brought back great memories. I got the Doc Eason set from him and still have those videos.
He should have left a good-bye note for his loyal customers, though.
