Just though I'd share something I've had a lot of fun thinking about recently.
I'm presuming you know the effect and method behind the Chinese Paper Mystery from Tarbells? well I thought up a presentations. 1 , Fan mail, you show a crudely written envolope which you explain is fan mail, patter a bit , eventually rip it up , and then remember you forget to look what was inside. 2 , You restore it, and reach inside and pull out a ten pound note! 3 , you then rip up the ten pound note , restore it and produce a match , and burn it with the match and it goes up in a FLASHY burst. I think it sounds pretty good , and hope to one day try it out. |

I don't understand the purpose of lighting up a 10 pound note at the end of the effect... flash or not.

Why would you rip up fan mail? it doesn't make any sense!
What about a love letter from an Ex & you tear it up without reading it but then you find a paper heart in the envelop so you restore the letter & read that she still loves you and is sorry for the break up so you perform a 'heart' snowstorm with the heart that was included in the envelop. |

Letter from the IRS makes a bit more sense with the $10.

Why not mail from a relative who just keeps borrowing money from you? (At last he pays something back!)
