I love O'Keefe's. In fact I heard about it here on the Café several years ago and have been using it ever since. Zimm's Crack Cream spray worked good. I didn't like the "fragrance". Reminded me of the dentist's office.

One that was recommended to me, and don't laugh because it was here on the Café a few years back, was Vagasil. Yes, I tired it and it worked great, but I had trouble concealing it and after an embarrassing moment which certain people will never let me live down, I have never used it again, but it did work very good. I stick with SortKwik and Skinner's Edge Creme.

INAPPROPRIATE, LANCE.
I call for an immediate ban of Lance Pierce. I also call for a ban of fingerjack. Inappropriate username, inappropriate hand substance suggestion. Thinking of the Children, Justin [EDIT]: FYI I'm only thinking of children in an appropriate way. |

I have tried many lotions, Chamberlains is good but does not last that long...fine for performances...it lasts a couple of hours. Cornhuskers is ok, but often my hands seem drier after a little while...prolly cuz of the alcohol in it. But just tried O'Keefe's. I like it. THere is a waxy feel that can get under rings but I am following the directions and using at night and after showers...seems to be working and at $7 for a little jar, very reasonable because you use so little.

If somebody of you guys live in Germany you should defintely check out:
Rossmans Hand & Nagel Balm Aloe Vera! It smells great, your hands literally will feel like silk and the substance is dried up immediately, so you can use cards, coins almost immediatley you put the lotion on your hands. As fore the Neutrogena, for me it is way too greasy, it takes ages for the skin to absorb it. |

I used to carry both Working Hands and the spray Zimm's. I can't find the Zimm's Spray around here anymore. But like I said O'Keefe's really works for me.
It's funny how one thong works for one person but not another. I heard so much about Golden Touch, but when I got it, it didn't last long at all. Same with Neutrogena when Steven recommended it. Hey as long as you find something that works.

This is a bit of a detour from the discussion, but I've found that making sure my hands are warm does wonders. Cupping a hot cup of coffee for a few moments does the trick and makes other measures (sortkwick, lotions, blood of my enemies) more effective.

Interesting - I had also found that just rubbing my hands together for a few seconds to generate a little heat - adds a bit.

Everyone I know in my area who uses Golden Touch and the like puts it in a vial normally found to dispense Optitears or similar products. They're small, clear and have no labeling. Usually I'm one of the first to think inappropriately, but you've clearly beat me to it here. |
