I'd like to see it, too. About 10 years ago, a friend wrote a script for a crusades-era epic, right before Gladiator, et all exploded onto the scene...I thought it was very well done, but he couldn't get the studios to buy it. At least he made it to the meetings.

I am lucky in that after ten years as a Professional Actor, I'm kinda used to the film making business here in Malaysia. A smaller industry at that, so it is a little bit easier to meet the big guns... As such the Script I made can be turned into a Film with a fairly small budget.

He got married and I lost contact with him, such was life before Facebook. He was working as a post-production assistant on Dawson's Creek, and his boss got canned, which meant the whole crew was replaced. Last I knew, he was training to be a linguist for the Army. Hopefully better luck follows you. (All your Café friends get cameo appearances in the film, right? ) |

Sure, but as I don't watch martial arts films, my opinions are not to be taken seriously.

Sure, love to read it.

Magnus Eisengrim, there's always that first time.
Balducci and critter, will send it to you... It is only the synopsis critter, as such it is only two pages long.

I have to refer you to this first so references in the synopsis will make sense, since you're all not from Malaysia.
My ethnic Martial Art of Silat. Here... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silat This however will be clearly portrayed in the movie, so even a foreigner would understand when watching. Almost an intro of Silat on the silver screen.

I always found their knife fighting with the electric knives interesting. And a little scary.

Pak,
Would love to read your synopsis. I am a long time martial artist and trained in Pencak Silat while living in Indonesia. Cheers, Kirk |
