There is a game with 5 numbered cards and you hand off these cards to the person and tell them to choose those cards with their age on them and then hand just those cards back to you and you add up the corner numbers and they equal the person's age.

I am looking for a game that is similar but uses the alphabet with numbered letters A (1) thru z (26). You also have 5 cards with the top letters ABD and H and you hand these cards over and tell the person to choose those card on which they see the first letter of their name, so for instance they choose 2 cards, B (2) and H (8) and you add these letters together and get the 10th letter of the alphabet which is J which is the first letter of their last name. You do it again for each letter. Does anyone know which letters go on these cards. I wish to make a set for determining name this way. It is very old.
