Hello Everybody:

We have great news to announce here, since customer service is the most important part of our business we want to announce that we have agree with the creator and manufacturer of the trick Magic Cube, Gustavo Raley, and with Murphys Magic Supplies to solve any possible problems presented with that Magic Cube purchased.

After evaluating carefully the feedback of some of our clientes we have completely agree to take the following actions:

FIRST:
We are taking out of the market the Magic Cube Single version, just to make sure nobody will expericne any problems and instead with remain with the full version of the tricked called Magic Cube Set, which allows you to do all the effects including the final transformation of the cube. Apparently there was some kind of problems with some of the units and rubber bands so we want to make sure you always get a quality product from us

SECOND:
If you were one of the 113 people that bought Magic Cube Single version (This includes magic shops and final customers) you will be immediately upgraded to the Magic Cube Set free of cost,

How? This is how it will work, Murphys will supply the 113 units to the magic shops that ordered from them and the final customer should contact their magic local shop or online shop and ask them for a new Magic Cube Set (Completely free of charge, a total upgrade of $ 20 for free.

Shipping charges will and might have to be covered by the person that request a new item since it is impossible to estimate depending on shipping addresses worldwide.

* As a magic Shop:
How long it will take as a magic shop in order to get the new Magic Cube Set units from Murphys in exchange for the Magic Cube singles we bought?
A maximum of 20 days, since product is being re-stock. Please contact Kathy Carini at Murphys.

* As a final customer:
How long it will take for me in order to get the new Magic Cube Set from my local or online magic shop in exchange of the Magic Cube singles I bouthg?
A maximum of 25 days in order for the magic shop to get the item in time and ship it to you

THIRD:
If you own a Magic Cube Set and by any chance you experience any problem with your unit, we do carry a manufacturers warranty that cover any malfunction or defect of fabrication, we are Twister Magic we will change it for free so please read our policy down with our address below and feel free to contact us with your request at email address: info@twistermagic.com

Manufacturers Warranty
All Twister Magic Products have a Manufacturer’s Warranty that includes manufacturer defects, malfunctioning parts, gimmicks and unreadable DVDs. This warranty EXCLUDES: Inappropriate use, abuse, neglect, theft or loss. If there is any problems, the product, item or gimmick, this should be mailed back to us within 30-days after the date of purchase along with a copy of your dated sales receipt. Upon receiving the product, it will be fully evaluated, to determine if it is under the warranty terms. If we find that the item fall into our warranty, we will replace it and shipped back to you within 7-days after the evaluation have been made.

I hope this in certain way will compensate the ones that felt the product they received was not what they were expecting.
