I knew of DC Comics for years and years...but I never knew what DC stood for until now!
My ex-cat was named "Muffin". "Vomit" would be a better name for her. AKA "The Evil Ball of Fur".

Free is usually a good deal. Last year there was a guy on a weightlifting forum who gave me some Power Hooks and even paid the shipping just because it was Christmas. Guy didn't know me from Elvis. Good deal. Good dude.

Partner in the business of DC/AC/EC comics was Max Gaines who died in 1947 due to a missing head leaving his holdings as well as the ORIGINAL artwork for Superman to his son Bill Gaines who went on to start all kinds of horror magazines and a lil' magazine called MAD. When Bill died he donated the original artwork to the Smithsonian (or some other large museum).

Can't remember who it was but there was somebody on here that gave me some dvd's when I missed out on a set in the let's make a deal.

What a heartbreak this story is. S&S for Superman, Lugosi's heirs for Dracula, Percy Crosby's heirs for Skippy peanut butter (even Charles Schulz went to bat for them) The original star Trek cast earning nothing after the second repeating of the show and on and on.
