I apologize for my recent behavior concerning the puppet I ordered from you. It was too childish of me and perhaps even foolish to post something like that in a public forum. I wish to inform you that the puppet has been altered already, head is much smaller and in practice it feels just fine.

I hope we can still patch things up.
