Jim, I am quite happy to allow the use of one of our show
e-mail addys for the activation of the a/c. shouldn't be too difficult to organise through PMs and any other assistance necessary. Let me know if this is of any help. |

I think that's a good idea Jay Kirwan has. I had to borrow an email addy from a friend when I signed up too.

Howdy Jim. I talked to you a while back about painting banners on canvas and your ideas on chupacabras. The Curator put us in touch. I'm glad to see you're here. You're a wealth of knowledge and we're lucky to have you around.

Can't be helped if you didn't know, eh?
I keep thinking we've met. Didn't you do some stuff on the big Hoxie show, around '76-77?

Maybe we have met. If we did...Good to "see" you again...If we didn't...Pleased to meet YOU.
I've have been painting show equipment since as long as I can remember. My parents had concessions/games on Seaside Heights boardwalk ( Jersey Shore)and were personal friends of Hoxie and Betty...Betty was my God-Mother. I started painting the Hoxie show in 1961 and I was "sold" to Allan C.Hill when he took over the show. So yes I was around in the seventies. I also did a lot of booking in the NE for Hoxie and other shows plus a |

I'm sorry, but every time I see you guys writing "MR. Hand" it makes me think of Jeff Spicoli in "Fast Times at Ridgemont High".... especially when Mr. Hand comes to Jeffs house to teach. If you don't know what I am talking about, you're either too young or need to brush up on pop culture. Unless Jim Hand is a teacher, I'd like to say hello without the mister. Hi Jim! Do you know of the family in Florence NJ, done TONS of attraction paintings, both midway and boardwalk.... the family name escapes me at the moment. Seaside Heights used to be a great place to vacation, before MTV ruined it. When you get a chance, I'd like to get your opinions on my own banners I have painted.
