What in your opinion is the best fickle fire gimmick on the market today? I have Abbott's and one from Germany. I am looking for a smaller one with a half moon shape. One that does not have the fluid dry up easily and lights up sure fire. Thanks in advance. Smile

Certainly not smaller, but Omega Fire is heavy duty and keep the fuel fresh for a goodly time, and has never failed to light for me.

The issue of drying up and then not lighting easily is common to almost all lighter fluid based gimmicks (except for Jim Pace's Afterburn, but that isn't what you are looking for) from a Kap's on fire wallet, to fire from palms gimmicks, keep the fuel fresh is key to reliable ignition.

I plan my uses of it around opportunities to freshen the fuel, never have a problem. But it does take planning...
