Does the book: ABBOTT'S ENCY. OF ROPE TRICKS have lots of good illustrations? I am a person who depends on good, detailed illustrations when learning a new trick.
Thanks, Jeff jhall@cal.net |

I have Abbott's Encyclopedia Of Rope Tricks Vol.1 I don't think that the drawings in the book are very good. I too am the type that needs good, detailed photo's or drawings. The book itself is a good one to have and I will purchase Vol.2 some time in the future. The book has quite a number of cut & restored methods and various other effects. I think that the wording is pretty good but then I have only done a couple of the effects in the book. Sorry that I am not more helpful but I am concentrating on sponges at the moment and not spending any time on the book.
