I am sure if you use it in conjunction with walking away from the table it may help some. But alone the benifits may not be as substantial as they would lead you to believe.
Seriously diet is essential in ANY weight loss program.

It's true. That type of shoe is very low in calories. But you should boil it for at least an hour before eating it. It is often referred to as "sole food."

I believe some recent studies debunked the toning shoes. I will try to remember to look it up anyway.
I've been very successful with eating small meals of whole foods, and exercising at least an hour every day.

Probably not. Though haven't people really eaten boiled shoe leather in times of overwhelming poverty?

Too lazy to look it up but a big shoe company was recently successfully sued for saying their shoes would help you lose weight.

I think it was Skechers. "Shape-Ups."

Reebock and Sketchers have both been sued. Reebock was ordered to pay like 20 million in refunds because of claims that those silly shoes would help build and tone calf and butt muscles.

There also used to be something sold in martial arts magazines called the 'power shoe' or something like that. They said it would add ten inches to your vertical leap or something. Haven't seen those in a while.
