Hi there,
from time to time there have been some threads that I would like to copy to keep for educational purposes or to hang on to just in case they magically vanish. is there a way to copy the whole thread as coping the link wont help if they remove the thread the link does not work- right? any way with out having to copy and paste each post how does one save the thread thanks sam

With my windows system I can right click on the page and save it as a web page complete. doesn't look like it saves as a link, so maybe that's a way you can accomplish your goal.

At the top right corner of the green area, you’ll see a little purple printer-looking icon. Clicking on that should open a new tab with a “printer-friendly” version of the page. It’s formatted differently and a little hard to look at, but maybe that will help you to at least save the information.
...what if I could read your mind?

If you're using internet explorer, click on favorites at the top of the page and save it. Or you can right click on the page and add to your favorites. That will give you an exact copy of the topic. Green, profiles, avatars etc.

The favorites won't work if the thread gets removed because someone hijacked it. I use both the Save As Web Page (.mht file) and the printer-friendly option.
