hi, i noticed that most of the online stores only carry instructional dvds for magic.

i have only one magic performance dvd, david Copperfield's illusions. i have watched it over and over again for relaxation.

i love instructional dvds, but everytime i watch one, i get too tensed up. just imagine: a pack of cards in one hand, remote control in the other hand. eyes fixed on the tv screen, and always ready to rewind back the screen shots. also, i got to pause every now and then to practise the moves to make sure i got it right. then its back to play button again.

you see what i mean by stressed up? but nothing beats the thrill and sense of satisfaction and achievement when i have mastered the trick.

so every now and then, i turn on the dvd player and tv to watch illusions by david Copperfield for relaxation.

please recommend me some magic performance only dvds that do not teach. where (which on line store) can i get it from ?

thanks

David Blaine "Fearless" is a good magic performance dvd. Even though you might have seen all the special already, It's a good dvd to relax on.

Hmmm... What's wrong with getting a DVD, which has a series of performance with it then the teaching? That way, you have enjoy the performace too.... and of course have the option to learn after that... =)

I thought Hit the road was pretty interesting DVD to watch.

is bill Malone's dvd a performance only dvd ?
or does it teach you how to do his tricks as well?

heard great reviews about bill Malone's stuff...
are his tricks difficult to perform for a beginner?

thanks

I would add Dough Henning "The Magic Show" on DVD. It's a musical magic show.

There's a new dvd out "Magic Moments" featuring Harry Blackstone Jr. and some bits from Sr.

I recommend "Jeff Hobson Live". The first half of the tape is performance only. The second half is explanations. It's worth it just for the performance IMO.

Denny, of Denny and Lee's, has a great performance video. It's very worth checking out and can be obtained from the shop.
