Try this:
Browse select "Genii" Go to Volume 31 (actually says 1966) Go to page pg. 231 Alternately, in the search box, type "genii magazine, February 1967" |

Motown,
Glad you found it and thanks to Magiguy for the tip. The interface on the archive is a tad byzantine, but, it still is an invaluable treasure. I asked Richard Kaufman about the possibility of doing a DVD compilation of Genii. He replied that he felt that magicians would not buy it. Pity that as I find the DVD compilations so much easier to use. Also, I loathe having to be online to search Genii. I have a ton of journals on my hard drive and can read them on a plane or wherever the mood strikes. Anyhow, I am curious as to what treasure you have found Buon Natale, Vlad |

Vlad,
I didn't know the issues were organized by volume/year. That's what was throwing me. I kept trying to locate a certain issue. It is bit cumbersome to use. Not as direct as I'd like. I would love it if Richard did an ebook compilation of some of the effects that have appeared in Genii over the years. I was searching for some Ring & String/Rope material. One effect in particular was Charlie Miller's version of Jim Ryan's Ring, Rope & Rod. I was also looking for material by Ray Grismer. Which I found. Craig
