Hi in this DVD, it teaches the floating ball effect, does this require an ITR or IT I need to know what to buy

It has been years since I watched this dvd. It was actually a vhs back when I saw it.
It teaches a few different things. Some will require an extra levitating method you've asked about. I don't remember if an itr was on it. Some things like one of the bill levitations you make the gimmick yourself. The pocket knife is a paul Harris effect with it moving on the edge of a playing card with no gimmicks. I don't remember the ball.
Honestly I didn't care for the video back then. It isn't a bad starter to levitating and not a bad price.
