This is virtually my "Needle thru finger" effect released in 2006 in "The magic of Nefesch" 6 DVD set.
I was doing it with a needle instead of a toothpick.

If you're referring to the 'putting the toothpick back in' phase, that is not a part of Marcus' original effect. I added that in myself!
