6 months ago I bought my domain http://www.baomagic.com , I bought the wordpress template, I wrote all the content, I had someone to take pictures of me and I made all the typographic designs by myself on photoshop.

Yesterday I came across this website: http://www.se7enmagic.com . Something looks a bit familiar...too familiar. 35 year old man copying the whole website of a 17 year old guy who did all the work by himself... I'm curious to know what you guys would do if you were me!

WOW... I mean just W-O-W!

Wouldn't be at peace unless I at least contacted him and inquired about his "inspiration." Unbelieveable.

Just to add....Unless he's copied your text not much you can really do... you've both paid for the template and so are both entitled to use it.

The guy copied his text and his entire theme, even reconstructed Bao's photos using the same props. Pitiful!

It is a lot more than the template. I wouldn't mind if he used his own material on it.

The typographic designs in the "Grown ups" section was stolen and you can even see a red rectangle covering my logo. He just put his logo over mine.

Same with the design in the "shows" sections

I can sense the usual

"oh someone else designed it all for me and suggested the photos etc "

I just sent hium an email with a copy to Bao reading "On The Magic Café BaoHoang has posted a message pointing out that his site and your site are direct copies. He’s right, looks like you stole his site word for word and just changed names and videos. Write your own copy don’t steal"

Well, he does claim that 'he' got it up and running in his Facebook post.

It makes you wonder about his act...

I know... WOW, and here I though we were in the 'creative arts'. Not even 'close mistake' or coincidental use of a template thing; this appears to be (based on what’s bee offered here anyway…) full-on stolen art for art... daaaaaang!

“LOOKS LIKE” this guy took the entire site, custom picture for original artwork picture and even blocked-out Boa’s original logo and name… What a shame.

I posted on his FB all also. I can understand drawing inspiration from someone else's work but this is just blatant palgerism.
