Their home page is updated -- good sign
they are hosting some lectures -- good sign phone number, email, etc. listed -- good sign I'd call them though to make sure they had some in stock. |

There are other online shops that carry them as well. Bought one from Penguin, although they are currently out of stock.

I have always loved the shrunken bill. I use one in the mini comedy wallet along with mini coins, shrunken drivers lisence3s and credit cards.

I'm looking for the shrunken bill and mini comedy wallet described above for use in my professional borrowed bill switch routine. Anyone know a good source anywhere? If so, please PM me with details. Thank you very much.

There was a thread on MC on how to make your own. I seem to remember two approaches, one would only shrink the bill a little, the other uses ammonia (I think anhydrous, not household ammonia), but it takes some effort, and a somewhat nasty chemical.

You can easily scan bills and then glue fronts and backs together to make a "mini-bill" but be warned as it is illegal to make a 2 sided bill according to the US Treasury.
Here is a link addressing those issues: http://www.trackdollarbills.com/blog/200......dollars/ |

.... forgot to mention.... wait for the printer ink on the bills to dry completely, maybe over night just in case or at least an hour or so and then spray them LIGHTLY with acrylic sealer (you can get it in a hobby store or the Walmart or Target craft section....any clear matte finish spray should work) to seal the ink so the ink will not wear off as easily.
You can give them a second shot if you like after the first spraying has dried. Mine are about 2 years old and shown using a mini wallet at least once a week and look almost new. They are a little stiff due to the glue for the two layers (back layer is not the actual back of the bill but instead photo-shopped a little to keep me from going to the pokie!) but they are only shown for a few seconds and put right back into the mini-wallet as I move on with the patter and the next shrunken item in the mini-wallet. |

You might want to check your Gov't currency website to see if it's leagal to do so and if there are any restrictions such as size, front & back printing, etc... |

Patience pays off. I found one after looking several years. The shrunken Bill is a real bill, not a copy. Due to the rag material in US currency, it has actually been physically shrunk, so the newer more plastic notes of other countries would not survive the process.
