The John McNicholas Magician's Round Table
Proudly presents: Wednesday, February 8, 2012 BOB FITCH Bob has worn many hats in his lengthy professional career: actor, director, magician, singer and dancer. A show business legend himself. He has utilized his skills with magic, juggling, fire-eating, dance and physical comedy in dozens of TV commercials. As a magician, he is well known for his coin, topit and holdout work. He has coached FISM winners Shawn Farquhar, Paul Gertner, Timo Marc, Florian Zimmer, Arthur Trace and many other of the greats. He was consultant, coach and writer for PHENOMENON, the NBC Reality Series, as well as for Alain Nu's four one-hour Discovery Channel Specials, The Mysterious World of Alain Nu. He created the Coffee Cup Illusion for the second David Blaine TV Special. His Fitch/Kohler Holdout was utilized for several effects by Criss Angel. He was given the Lifetime Achievement Tribute Award by the Magic Castle, the Magician of the Year Award by the SAM Parent Assembly #1 and the M.I.M.C. with Gold Star from The Magic Circle. All for his work with over 300 magicians. Those of you who have been to one of Bob’s lectures know they are full of energy, knowledge and wonder. You know that there will be information on so many aspects of magic and performing, that there is something for EVERYONE! For those of you who have NOT had the pleasure of attending one of Bob’s lectures, you do not want to miss this one. The lecture is open to anyone, but it is best to join the club to at least receive a discount on the lecture itself. The membership fee pays for itself over the year. The JMMRT presents lectures every month and has great group of guys who generally attend. I'm sure Bob Fitch will pack the house, so make sure you come early. REMINDER---2012 DUES ARE DUE---STILL JUST $15.00
