I don't think it would be illegal because of your age, but I expect you would need permission from you local town hall. Contact the council to find out and then get permission in writing.

I really really doubt you'll get arrested - or even moved on.

I went busking with a few of my friends , and two policemen came past and gave us like £2(:

They might ask you to move on if you're blocking the paths but nothing more than that(:

Why not go ask your local cops, you'd get a real answer instead of speculation from people who have no clue.
Possibly avoid a fine or phone call to mom and dad too.

NO. You'll get arrested for wasting police time if you do that. Look for a linger police number, 999 is only for emergencies :/
