Not sure about spring flowers in the UK - I've never seen any that I really, really like.

Hydrostatic glass trick go wrong?? It can happen - there's not much holding up the water to be honest with you. If you're concerned about it, I'd look for a different effect.

I know you asked a question about quality spring flowers. While I only have two sets, each of a different size, I can't imagine quality being an issue. Paper and spring. If you think about it, there's not much to them. Maybe I'm missing something and you might know more about them than I do. I suppose they could be made with "quality" springs and thin leather instead of paper, but I don't see any advantage in that.

I personally don't use the ones I have because I find them a pain to use and reset them. There are many other things to produce besides spring flowers. Now after all that's said, maybe I'm the ignorant one here. I'm sure there are lots of magicians out there who DO use them, and so I guess they're made for a reason. Just not my thing.

I do hope someone can give you a better answer though. Smile
What if the Hokey Pokey really IS what it's all about? Smile

My neighbor rang my doorbell at 2:30 a.m. this morning, can you believe that, 2:30 a.m.!? Lucky for him I was still up playing my drums.

I like the ones made
from mylar better than the paper ones.
they look better and last longer.
I do use the stringed ones for productions.
