What's your favorite? And do you use a Split Coin to modify or simplify a standard routine such as the Hopping Half or Coins Through The Table?

I have both a Clone Coin (I think) a and Kennedy Super Coin. BIG difference in m****t strength. Would like to know your thoughts in general on using these.

And do you feel comfortable handing a Split Coin to a spectator to examine?

I have a quarter super coin and would never hand it out. I don't know how John
on his video demo got away with it. Very deceptive video!

I have a split coin routine on one of the NY Coin Seminar videos. As far as routines - think of it in terms of a sh##l. I don't use it as much as I should but I do like this gaff a lot!

It was in one of the "Workers" sets - 11, 12 or 13, right?

Doug, Watched it last night. GOOD routine. The MINIMAL use of the split coin helped in the deception, as well as your SIMPLE handling of the split coin---no weird moves. With your easy-going manner, you make it look WAY too easy!

Take a look at the effect "Bag 4 Life" on the "Unknown" DVD by Mike Bendell presently reviewed in Latest and Greatest and being shown & sold at Blackpool.

Here's a video of Lee Smith performing "Bag 4 Life" from Mark Bendell's new DVD "Unknown". He uses a Kennedy Super Coin AFAICT.

Bagged 4 Life is a nice little trick. Kind of a see-through version of expansion of texture . . .

"Bag 4 Life" is great. I'm using a World Magic Split Kennedy and an English Penny in a 3" x 4" clear zip lock bag.

What a great little illusion! It really does fool the brain.

Trooper, When you go into the sleights section, push up on the other side of the coin. I think that looks more natural and uses a minimal amount of steps. Frankly, I was surprised Craig didn't mention THAT sleight---which Johnny Wong uses quite often.
