Thank you for your interest in the routine!

Unfortunately I haven't any intention of selling the routine, and as the name of the routine suggests, it is actually a "compendium" of routines from the works of others, and that probably means the methods aren't mine to profit from. I have taken ideas from various sources to piece together this particular sequence. If you'd like, I could point you to those sources; do let me know.

Your UCTR got me thinking about combining other effects into a chair sequence; and while I have some ideas I haven't tried them out yet for fear of not being able to control delivering too complex a routine with too many elements to audiences here.

Apart from "Compendium", I have a few variations on chair tests; the one which I currently use in my commercial shows is much more practical and direct, actually being a combination of Luca Volpe's routine and Patrick Redford.

Just like you did for so many things...

I liked the phase in which the volunteers change their places once and the order match your prediction. I saw Max Maven doing something like this in a live performance with a chair prediction but with 3 volunteers.
Where can I get information about this procedure?

Hi all,

I thought I'd take this opportunity to write here once again with regard to this routine.

I've been receiving many emails bluntly asking for the method for this routine; some are from random sources such as YouTube viewings, and some (from what I read in the emails) are from here at the Café. I'd like to say again - I have no intentions to release this routine. There is absolutely nothing new about the methods behind the routine, and they are NOT mine to teach within this context. In one nastier conversation over email, one of you actually said (and I quote, "since you are using published methods, why can't you teach this to me? I don't understand why you are being so high and mighty over this!") For some reason I'm made to be at fault.

I suspect those who are upset and not understanding why I am not teaching this routine are EXACTLY those that don't deserve to know. This was just something I put together for an important one off performance and that's all - I never meant for this to receive any hype or anything as I'm not selling it!

Anyway, it's just a stage routine, it's not going to change the world or anything, so I hope the nastier of you can just understand, leave it alone and hopefully put something together for yourselves to perform.

By all means Nique, great post. After diving into the UCTR, I have some other great ideas that I will make my own. I do not and have no intention to copy anyone else's work. I just liked the concept of the UCTR. I really liked your routine and will work on putting my own routine together. My closer now is the Master Prediction System but this may soon move to the last position.

Um . . . Are you talking to me or Parmesan? I have never copied anyone's work and will not. There was once when I started in magic that someone taught me the rising pad routine from DC word for word. I didn't know at the time and when I saw the show on youtube of DC doing it then I changed it that night.

I hope you do not misunderstand me, as my post wasn't targeted at you; I know where you were coming from when you asked about the routine in the first place. I was referring to other rather disrespectful and persistent members who emailed me just a day or two ago. It is also not my intention to start any sort of controversy over this matter.

If anything, I'm glad that you liked the routine enough to want to pursue something along these lines. If ever, I'd love to see what you've come up with.
