Well, tomorrow is the big day for me. At 9am (British Time) I will start my first straitjacket escape of the day .... and hopefully by the end of the 8 hours I will have done somewhere between 120-150 escapes.
In the calm before the storm (or I should say in the storm before the calm!) I just wanted to take some time to say thanks to those of you who have advised me and supported me (and also those who sponsored me online!) You've been great 
I will let you know how I get on ... and will have plenty of pictures to post ... link to be provided after the weekend! Once again, you have my thanks! James. |

Good luck! A couple last minute thoughts: 1. Stay focused. 2. Breath evenly, heart rate low and steady. 3. Concentrate on economy of motion. 4. Get that title and establish the record. I get a feeling that everything will go just fine. Mike

What can I say? I've finished!!!
193 Escapes in 8 hours ...... which is an average turnaround of about 2mins 29secs (including buckling me in). I never even dreamed of getting much past the 120 mark! Stuart, many many many thanks for being there this afternoon!! Feel free to post your thoughts .... you now won't be stealing my thunder! LOL. I hurt all over, so I'm going for a lie down now. I will tell you a bit more about it tomorrow when I've recovered a bit! Thank-you all for your kind messages of support! Take care .... James. |
