Has anyone watched this youtube web series "Scam School with Brian Brushwood"

I only watched a few videos, and I found 2 effects that are exactly the same as effects on Rich Ferguson's "this is mentalism"

He is definitely sponsored and making money off these videos, so I'm curious if he has permission to be using these and any other borrowed work he might be using.

Does Brian post here? He's very entertaining so I hope tihs is all above board.
