I want to second that. It is a very well constructed routine and certainly fun to perform. I'll give it a try on the right occasion. Also from me a clear recommendation! Jan

I am considering turning this into a DVD. Does that interest anyone?

Why...?
Books are so much superior, and unless you need to teach a weird sleight (which isn't the case here, by the way...) I don't see any need for producing a cumbersome DVD. Just my opinion, though...

No, no DVD necessary. I don't see any need for it. If there are people they would need a DVD in order to understand what you do and teach then these people are those which I don't like to see in mentalism. Jan

Are you going to open a new webpage since mentalshocks expired? Steve H
Like Bonnie Raitt said, "I miss Little Feat more than I miss being 8 years old." Thanks for the concerts + recordings, Lowell, Richie, and Paul!

Actually, I had no idea that mentalshocks.com expired until just a minute ago. Some of my stuff (Bookworm in particular) can be bought on Lybrary.com and other things of mine can be found on Myke Philips site: http://mykephillips.co.uk/Myke_Phillips/Myke_Phillips.html I really do not know how to build and maintain a web site. I am still in the Dark Ages when it comes to those types of things.

Just got this, I can only echo what others are saying. A fantastic routine that is very well thought out and constructed. Definitely a keeper

Thank you for all the kind words. I would really like to hear from those of you who have performed this either in PM or on this thread. I want to know how it is working out for you.

@Stephen Young
Nuff said? I'd like to hear more. Prodigal is a good follow-up for Bookworm? There are elements from each effect that can be combined? Two effects that are good to stack because they are similar but use different methods that will throw off spectators? Or...these are just two quality effects (which are distinctly different) that are soo good they will end up in your set? Not that I'm fishing for methods. I have Prodigal and recently purchased an expensive book test. Wasn't planing on another book test, but I've been interested in Bookworm for some time. If there is a logical connection between the two...I would love to hear more. |

Bookworm is so cleaverly routined and put together. Get this before somebody fools you badly with it. Highly recommended.

What is it with wallets and book tests?
Seems that we can't get enough of either one! I am not looking for another book test, but I am now interested in this one. When will it end? LOL Ray |
