Just had a thought, might just get hold of 4 or 5 US Dollar bills and 'convert' them to Aussie dollars.
Some story about exchange rates and beating the system Did some research and size of the US bill should be just about perfect for my needs. |

I'm after a suitable wallet to use with this, preferably a fire wallet. Anyone know of any?
I had pro fire wallet for a while but hated the lightening mechanism and the fact it didn't stay closed. Help please guys! |

Thanks Justin! I think I've owned that before but it was still a little too big to use as my everyday wallet.
Maybe the badger wallet will be ok! |

I looked at The Badger at Blackpool, as I was undecided between this and the JOL Small Plus wallet. I went for the JOL one, have this set up for this effect.
Works really well for me, Keith.

I second the Super slim Mullica, that's what I use, I carry First hand in the smaller wallet keeping it nice and safe.
Great price here and also access to notes drawn by a child that you can change, if you purchase First Hand. http://www.paulharrispresents.co.uk/card......ono.html

While I do have The Badger wallet - sold by Nathan but designed and built by Tony Miller - and it is without a doubt my "go to" wallet for many effects that utilize a wallet, I actually find the Hideout wallet from Outlaw Effects to be my personal favorite for the Freedom Change. It is slightly larger than most hip pocket wallets and also just thick enough to disguise the necessary works. Also, it is virtually impossible for the vanished item to even come close to "peeking", as can be the case with some smaller wallets.
I have so many doggone magic wallets here and I love all of 'em! But you do develop favorites for certain functions, and in addition to all of its other benefits, it is sized and works so well for the Freedom Change. :) Jim |

How big is the badger J-Mac? Would it look a bit out of place as an everyday wallet?

To be honest it fits better than most hip pocket wallets because the top of the wallet sits almost flush with the top of the pocket. Many hip pocket wallets sit low in the pocket and you have to stuff a hanky or something into the pocket first in order to keep the loading area of the wallet easily reachable at the pocket's opening. That said, I don’t usually keep any of my magic wallets in my back pocket. First, I hate sitting on my regular wallet because it gives me a sore back after a while. And as far as my magic wallets, I don’t like when they become somewhat misshapen from being squashed in my back pocket! You know the look: bottom corners bent in, the entire back side of the wallet - the side that doesn’t face your rear-end - develops a semi-permanent convex bend. I just can't bring myself to subject my precious magic wallets to that constant abuse, so I always keep them in a jacket breast pocket. (NOT a sport jacket or suit jacket, mind you. I rarely am caught in those; I am talking about a light warm-up jacket or very light vest.), or my front pants pocket, or often in the side pocket of cargo pants. But hey, that's me. Also, while I might hand out my magic wallet for some effects, I don’t really want to hand out a wallet with my real credit cards, ID, etc. Too many weirdos out there! Jim |

Just to let you know it works great converting US notes to Aussie ones, makes for a nice colour change as well
Since the exchange rate is about even at the moment costs less than $5 for the 4 x $1 US notes including foreign exchange fees. I actually got an extra $1 US bill that I keep in my wallet as I have found people also want to take a first hand look at one of the notes out of curiosity. Quote:

Hey Justin! I scanned through the forum, and form what I understood the problem is when changing the bills form a smaller size to a bigger size, am I right?
I´m from Mexico and the bills I plan to use in the beggining are 100 pesos which their dimensions are 134mm by 66mm, and I want to transform them into 500 pesos which are 148mm by 66mm (meaning they are slightly larger), will this work? They are different color as well. Also, anyone who is familiar with Triple Thread Wallet (by Anthony Miller), could maybe help me with this question: I own this wallet and I plan to use it for this effect; would I be able to properly function the Card to Wallet effect (using the bigger wallet) and FH? Thanks in advance Robert |

Triple Threat should work OK, but it is a very thin wallet. Meaning that when it is just sitting somewhere you might be able to see something through fairly easily. I'm using a slightly thicker wallet.
Fist Hand shouldn’t affect the CTW at all. Jim |

Thanks for the info Jim!
I always have my wallet in my pocket so this shouldn´t be a problem. Now that you mention that, can I easly remove the FH gimmick so that after using it, I can comfortably preform the CTW? I wouln't like to appear the card inside my "weird-looking" wallet. Sorry if I´m asking too much, but I will really like to know if will be able to comfortably use this wallet for both effects.
