So I have an idea for a smartphone app that I've been thinking about for several months now. It's a very simple idea, and the app only has to do one very specific task. However, I don't know if Apple/Android systems will be able to accomplish it. I have the Android OS on my phone, and would prefer it to be for that OS. I'm not really looking to make money off of this idea, I just want to know if it's doable and possibly comission someone to make it for me. I don't want to share it on an open forum, because who knows, it might be a great idea.

So if an Android developer on this forum could shoot me a PM, I will discuss the idea with you and you can let me know if it is a doable project. Like I said, it's very simple, only performs one task, but it's not anything I've seen before on a phone so I don't know if it can be done.
