What's wrong with books? Especially for binary effects, which are better and more thoroughly explained in print.

I'm pretty sure if you bought the Skulldugery and Psimatrika e-books, you could burn them to DVD yourself.
Every problem contains the seeds of its own solution. Unfortunately every problem also contains the seeds of an infinite number of non-solutions, so that first part really isn't super helpful.
