I'm reading a book called Eat Right for Your Type ... or something like that. It's all about eating and living according to your blood type. Of course it means that you will have to eat stuff that you find pretty disgusting i.e. broccoli. Be that as it may, my blood type, A, is supposed to exercise less. Which is fine with me, this book doesn't seem to be so bad after all.

I have always understood fitness to mean fit for a given task. A person fit for sumo, for example, would likely fail miserably at a triathlon, while an Ironman winning triathlete is not likely to be the Yokozuna anytime soon.
They are each fit for their individual sports. Health is a seperate entity for me. The two can be related, but I don't view them as synonymous.
