Dear friends,

I recently did a review of my own personal collection of Copper Silver Brass gaffs from various coin gaffs manufacturer. I included some detailed pictures of each set as well. Enjoy!

The site is password protected as the gaff coins are exposed to show the various quality and workmanship.

Here is the login site: http://www.ultimatecsbmagic.com/csbreview

Password: ____________________
hint: The CSB is Presley Guitar's variation of ______________________2 Copper 1 Silver gimmick. (Password is case sensitive. It has to be all lowercase and no spaces)

Hope to get some feedback from fellow coin workers. Thanks!

Cheers!

Jeremy,
Same for me - I tried many variations of the password (not hard to find on your site) and nothing worked. Perhaps you could change something to make the process more direct?

Great rundown ReD, quite thorough with good views of the things that are important in these sets by all these providers. Glad to see Johnson's stuff in their and your recognition that it is good quality work at a good price. The custom stuff is nice but costs lots more for all the extra TLC. Smile Which set do you prefer working with and honestly are you just as comfortable working with one as any other?

To be honest, I always found CSB a bit like Hopping Halves or vice-versa and though I have a set of both, I don't do either too much if at all anymore. But glad to see your great appreciation for the effect. My friend Sammy here on the Café also has a great affection for the trick and owns many sets like you. Smile

Thanks again for the view, very nicely done. Smile

Thanks for the feedback. I am not sure if it is right to put the password openly on the magic Café.

You can pm me for the password. full name, no spaces, all small letters. You should have no problem logging in.

Mb217, The set I use for my walk around gigs is the Roy Kuepper's Morgans CSB. When I filmed my Ultimate CSB Magic DVD and when I do lectures, I use the custom Tango Walking Liberty CSB. The main coin in these sets which stand out is the chinese coin which is from Ton Onosaka of Japan. I purchased the Chinese coins and have them made into the CSB set. Schoolcraft also makes CSB in Ton Onosaka's Chinese Coins as well. IMHO the nicest chinese coins for magic.

Thanks ReD, yeah, I like those Ton Onosaka Chinese Coins too, very nice look to them. And that you lead the way with Kueppers and Tango is nice to see. They both do very nice work but when people speak of "craftsman" they typically mention Schoolcraft and Lassen, who also make nice CSB as you show. But it's nice to see a change of the top from an accomplished performer like yourself. Incidentally, Kueppers and Tango are really nice guys and their work seems to match thier sparkling and magical personalities. Smile Thanks again.

Just in case, the password question above calls for an answer with " 's " at the end... forget that and just enter the "firstnamelastname" without quotes.

HTH.
