Hey everyone,
So a family member asked me if I could recommend a school of magic to attend for an aspiring magician. A google search gave me a couple, but I quickly thought I'd come here and ask because it's hard to know if there's one worth putting your money into. Anyone have knowledge of such schools or an alternative? I was wondering if a clown college might be of recommendation. I'm looking Canada or perhaps the USA. But hey if there's a killer school in europe it never hurts to know about it. Thanks! |

Never been but I believe the Magic Castle does course and that there are various summer camps. There is also Jeff McBride's Mystery School....again never been but might be a starting point.

Agreed with Ekuth!
Don't know your location, but Jeff McBride is going to be in Chattanooga on June 1st & 2nd for a show, lecture, & workshop. This guy is THE working magician, and for less than $200 you'll get the education of a lifetime! http://www.ring112.org/McBride.html
...what if I could read your mind?

Depends what part of Canada you are in, but there is a place just north of me in Montreal called Camirand Academy of Magic. I don't know much about them, but it might be worth looking into. They do have a website. Try googling it.
