As I ordered new replacement gimmicks for Cinch, (those little m******), I thought why not order a large one for use in the Extreme Burn 2.0
I just received it and will be preparing a new gimmick with the large m****** this weekend. It is quite strong but I just hope it is heavy enough. Has anyone tried this yet?

I would imagine that it would work well. I use the gimmick supplied with Extreme Burn, but I have a friend who lost his gimmick, and made up another set using a penny, and it works great. If the "you know what" weighs more than a penny, I would think that you would be just fine.

I'm not sure about the weight. Pretty close but I'll compare them for sure when I'm ready for a new one. Ihor

With EB2all you need is a piece of ferromagnetic metal shim, as close to the weight go the original gimmick. Your holdout would be magnetic.

Then your holdout doesn't have to be magnetic. It can be any ferro metal (OR a magnet as well). K&J sells the neo magnets in various weights, strengths & shapes. And they are fairly inexpensive. Ihor

True, but the problem I see with a non-magnetic holdout is that any item you wish to hold out must then be magnetic itself! I much prefer to use a magnetic holdout and then I can vanish/produce steel core coins, color changing knives, etc.
But hey - whatever works best for you! Jim |

Curious if Extreme Burn works with international currency, more specifically Japanese currency? Sorry if this is off topic.

Color doesn’t matter. Actually, the more different the color, the better!
Size does matter with this, however. Jim |

If I'm not mistaken, japanese bills come in different sizes depending on denomination. I would assume the easiest presentation would be changing of slips of paper into currency.

Why do you want a magnetized gimmick?

The "First Hand" wallet in my back pocket is an excellent holdout.

I'll watch the DVD again because I don't really understand what you are talking about.
