How much pages is your ebook ?

Is that how you decide what to purchase? Based on the number of pages?
If you were buying a novel maybe it would be revelant... But you are not...

They are offering you an eBook endorsed by one of the top mentalists of the world, do you really care about the number of pages?

Only 4 pages , but the font is -.0003. LOL!

Nah, THE LOGAR SCROLLS is 65 pages, with many full color photos. (Thanks, Prager, but a valid question if being asked for determining the detail I get into on each effect, as there are quite a few items here. And hence quite a few details, thus that many pages.)

Five of the effects are the instructions and new handling variations for some of my previously marketed individual efffects, which I'm thankful have been quite highly reviewed over the years.

As far as the variations, for example, I include about 6 new utilizations just for the modus employed by the BusinessCOIN Prediction, which are in essence completely seperate and new efffects, so it really is more than 5 effects in this category. Other tips and tricks for existing routines, both learned by me through countless performances, and purchaser feedback, are also included.

As far as the new, unreleased, routines: one is a mentalism effect utilizing coins (and for sake of disclosure, it requires a gimmmick; if you don't have it they are around $10 on Ebay,) one is a dual thought of card efffect with two endings, one by me and one by Richard Osterlind (as proud as I was of MY handling, Richard's is honestly better, and moves it into a whole new unexplanable class,) and the third "new" effect is one Richard never released, but has performed forever. I'm humbled he gave it to me to do with as I wished. That particular effect, "THE GIFT", is now my "go-to." I pair it after doing a thought of card effect from my other eBook (and sometimes DURING) and I can get 10-15 minutes with nothing but a pen and paper, if that.

I never thought Bryn could top "Safwan Papers". I was wrong. What an incredible collection of effects, with, as Richard said, no filler whatsoever. Every last bit of material is powerful, real-world stuff, that I look forward greatly to going out and perform. These days, if I purchase a book and find just a single effect that makes my "starting lineup", I'm happy. In "The Logar Scrolls", EVERY single routine can and will make its way into that starting rotation. I don't know how you do it, Bryn, but all of us are the richer for your contributions to the art. I've read through the "Logar Scrolls" over the pst couple of days.

Bryns thinking is terrific!

As Bryn mentioned, some of the effects are previous individual releases, one of which I own - "Double Down". A great piece of mentalism with an ingenious method.

His simple, hands off approach is what I love in mentalism...his take on the serial number divination is a perfect example of how layering methods makes for really pure mentalism.

"Coinsuke" is a great take on Maven's classic "Kurtsuke" (spelling?).

Aside from the great effects, there are some great anecdotes.

Thanks, Paul. I appreciate that, a lot. As much as I think some of the individual effects are worth the price of the book by themselves (and some did sell for for close to that when they were available for purchase) I also get pleasure in the great feedback from the comments on the anecdotes themslelves. Makes it a little more personal / less dry?

As a side note, The Safwan Papers got some nice reviews on the effects, but the ONE complaint I got was that there was no "index." The guy was REALLY mad! Reallly!? In keeping with tradition, I decided not to put one in LOGAR, either! (However, I DID do page numbers this time!)

The Logar Scralls was an enjoyable read and contains a great variety of material and loads of interesting ideas.

The layout of the ebook was rather horrible, though.
For $ 45 I would have expected a more professional product.
However, this is just a minor point of criticism. At the end of the day, the content is all that matters.

Personally, I liked the Safwan Papers better, but all in all this is still a great product and a worthwhile read.

I really appreciate the opinions. I have had some say it was hard to "top" Safwan (not that this was my intent) but that I have with LOGAR. I'm most thankful that all so far have said they have found great value in both.
