After you form a Rolodeck (Like a Rolodex but with a deck of cards) try to close it only with the hand that holds it. I have come up with 2 methods.

Hmmmmmmm.
What's so hard about this? I can see it being hard if you have small hands, but it's really not that difficult. Isn't the Rolodeck actually the Card Flower from McBrides video series?? The Rolodeck is actually a deck of cards that I made a while ago.....I called it the rolodeck because I used to keep girls phone numbers on the playing cards...What could be better!! Yo Dom. .......
It's a technque taught in Vol. 3 of Art of Card Manipulation by Jeff McBride. It's a variation of a pressure fan except it's on the short end, and short side of the deck. and it's "pressure fanned" between the thumb and the third and the second fingers. I thought I'd just give a bried summary of how it's done. ^That's my definition of a rolodeck...but a roloDEX...that's a different question and probably different answer |

It is like a fan of cards, but instead of you seeing the faces or the backs, you see the edges of the cards. It's like if you were to look at a rolodex sideways with the big knob that turns it being your thumb, and all of the little cards are well, like the playing cards. It's on McBrides Card Manipulation videos.
