In his routine Travelling Expenses, Sankey says that he only does the switch once during performance. I'm wondering, for anyone who performs this routine, how you would go about resetting this quickly if you were performing the effect more than once if you are not going to change the bill twice?

I'm working from the Money Magic DVD that's a part of the Worlds Greatest Magic set.

My only thought would be to just do the effect in reverse for the next group of spectators, so you would move the holes from being in a group to being at the four corners again. Alternatively, you could do the change twice, but I assume that Sankey only does it once because he has found this to be stronger.
