Dave Knoderer now has "LetterFly" in which he hand paints murals on High end Motorhomes, he works out of LazyDays Campers near Plant City Florida...

I worked a few Seasons with Dennis and Lynn Michael on Franzen Bros, Dennis was the Circus Comedian, I always told him he was a Clown...He would reply "that's why you will always be a First O May!, Circus Comedians get paid more money then Clowns!!!"...Lynn played the organ...Super People,all around Showman.. Dennis is retired in Florida usually see him at the Club in the Winter...

This doco was shown on Irish tv in the 70's and I remember the whole show
being struck by the fact that, circus was pretty much the same gig around the world, facing the same trials and tribulations on a daily basis. A year or two after seeing it I met up with a magician/grafter who had worked on the Royal show and he told me that this film was an honest portrayal. One of my favourite documentaries, thanks for posting Jim. |

Al Stencill attends the "Gathering" every year, and he wrote 3 books "Girl Show", "Seeing is Believing" and "Ballyhoo"...So I thought Folks would enjoy this...
