Well yes, the techniques for the effects are all very simple and easy to understand. The only one that doesn't really require any practice would be Miracle Thru Coin.
As for the other 3, they don't really take too long to practice. You should be able to perform it properly after 2-3 practices.

Hope this helps

On second thought, God Hand might need a little more practice to get it right.

Yes I think finally this videos may lend to confusion because props and routine are not the same as the Original Tenyo One. And the video with Memo pad with the coin falling is less impressive than when the coin disappears when it is hidden.

French prices for Tenyo 2013 are available :
Miracle Coin Thru : 19euros
Clear Surprise : 19euros
God Hand (Card surgery) : 28euros (It's this one wich have the largest price difference with Japan)

Curiously Memo Pad is not offered for sale ... Strange when you know it's one of the most sough after.

One can easily say that Tenyo produce at least between 5000 and 10000.
I think One of the creators have say that the minimum number for a second wave of production, once the initial stock was sold was 5000 copies. Below this number the trick is discontinued.

Those are the pre-order prices for shipment sometime between the 1st and 2nd week of November. The prices go up a little after Nov. 5th. (For the the entire set of 4, $94.50 now, the price goes up $10.50 to $105 after that date.)

I believe prices will be even lower with Magico Japan or Tokyo-Hobby on Ebay. Prices in the USA are pretty decent I believe and often the shipping cost is much less then from Japan/Ebay, but in Europe there is a significant difference in prices magic shops ask and what Japanese sellers on Ebay ask.

And since now there is no more difference package which are no longer localized in English, no reason to not order in magico Japan shop.
Besides if you want to economically support your own country and local magic store.

For Tokyo Hobby, this seller has never supported magicians, never translated instructions, never given information abour new upcoming line, never sold Tenyo special to help etc etc ... so there is no comparison with Magico Japan that she did all this, and is always open-minded for help the community. And it may be good to remember.

Next is God Hand.

There's not much I can say without giving away the effect. What I can say is that,
1. the trick works best with the tray
2. You don't have to use the included card (7 Hearts) it's very easy to make the necessary changes to use whatever card you want
Also card can be handed out for examination "after" the effect.

As for the other parts, I can't say more without exposing the effect. Sorry

It looked like the right hand on the demo - first two fingers ...were hiding something that might need to be ditched?

Clear Surprise looks to use a similar optical element as 4D last year - Lubor style.

This was the first time I have looked at this thread in awhile and I really enjoyed the video! Some nice stuff from Tenyo.

Hi,
Here's a little review on the 4 effects of the 2013 line.

I'm not very good at reviews, so my apologies in advance.

I'll start with Memo Pad.

The gimmick on this effect is..... Well, I've never seen it used on a Tenyo effect before. You have to put the gimmick together yourself (all parts are included) it shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to do. If used properly the gimmick should last you for years.
I played around with it a little. The gimmick works beautifully. The effect also works best when you're sitting at a table. Whoever you're performing for make sure they're sitting in front of you only.
One more thing, it's possible to hand out the pad for examination "after" the effect, if you can do a switch (not a big deal if you're sitting at a table).

I performed it for a couple of friends and they were amazed! And they're all magicians!

Thanks for the reviews!

I'm assuming you mention sitting at a table is better so as to be able to add the "audio" portion that sounds like coins clinking perhaps, yes?
