You have to work out what each of the letters mean in the quizzes below. For example, if the sentence said, "24 H in a D", your answer would be "24 Hours in a Day".

I remember getting this by email a few years ago. I also remember spending a few days on that and not solving it all.
Here are the ones I think I know. 1 - 26 letters in the alphabet 2 - 7 days of the week 3 - 7 wonders of the world 4 - 12 signs of the zodiac 5 - 66 books of the bible 6 - 52 cards in a packet (without jokers) 7 - 13 stripes on the US flag 8 - 9 - 39 books in the Old Testament 10- 11-90 degrees on a right angle 12-3 blind mice (see how they run) 13-32 is the temp. in degrees Fahrenheit at which water freezes 14- 15 players in a rugby team 15-3 wheels on a tricycle 16-100 cents in a dollar 17-11 players in a football (soccer) team 18-12 months in a year 19-13=unlucky for some 20-8 tentacles on an octopus 21-29 days in February in a leap year 22- 27 books in the New Testament 23-365 days in a year 24- 25- 52 weeks in a year 26-9 lives of a cat 27-60 minutes in an hour 28- 29-64 squares on a chessboard 30-9 provinces in South Africa 31- 32-1000 years in a millennium 33- 34- I will think of the rest later. Ok Scott,
I didn't really solve the word equation you gave, although I assume A S and T S are the Aronson and Tamariz stacks respectively. Also English is not my first language (how nice to always be able to use this excuse, even when it is not related.) Here are some others I invented. 8 V of the T C in M 8 F to get back to D O 26 S C in a S D 1 A to R L (and still amazing!!!) 22 "P C" (or O W C) in a D 1 D C in a O W F D This is all for now.
