Yes, it is programmable - you can record a program and play it back when you are ready.

It is available NOW: http://seanbogunia.com/decktr.html

I really can't understand why there are 24 pages about the spider pen pro and 1 single page deck tr which IMHO seems to be far superior than the SPP.
Yes, it cost like 2 SPP but I still can't believe that so many people bought the SPP and nobody the deck tr.
Mysteries of marketing...

Serious performers will buy this and the you-tube kiddies will buy the spider pen pro. There is a thread on how to fix it already.

I had an original one. It is great. Fully programmable. For me, the Spider pen pro is easier. SPP does one thing, pulls thread at a constant tension. You know that. Deck TR is awesome but be prepared for lots of practice and thread breaks. If the program you made is pulling and you pull the other way, snap, re-thread time. I sold mine after a couple of weeks. It is very cool, remote with multi functions, you can even buy a toe switch.

Like I said SPP and Deck TR are different animals for different purposes.

Ah, I think I get you James. You're saying Deck TR is more for animation based routines over Lev/PK effects?

I can see where that might cause issues... but like every new thread device, you have to learn the ins and outs of it. I've been working with my SPP since I got it and I'm already performing live with it. Has it's quirks, but MAN the constant tension is a godsend. Even WN!
