First, there is no copyright. Strange because you'd think there would be some copyright on the designs. As far as the law goes, you have all the rights to copy the effect. BUT, there is more here than just the law. We have something tougher than the law. Infringe on someone elses creation, and the community of magicians will be your judge and jury. You would never make make money at it. The is something more important that just laws, there is mutual respect for our peers.

Donald is quite correct. There are about 100 CM portion holders, many of whom are selling brand new original CM items still, or rather, gradually, as they receive their portion shipments. There are also several CM portion holders waiting a year or three before they sell. There ARE CM items out there, though maybe not enough here. Part of that is because of the '50 post rule' before a new member here may even access the buy/sell area.

So if you want real CM items, check ALL sources.
