Hi landmark, There are many things that a company's CEO may be able to influence but not necessarily change, and not necessarily the way you want. A consumer complaint is something altogether different from a demand that a company completely overturn its established manufacturing process.

I fully understand that I am allowed to make the choice between Coke and Pepsi and that they hate us for our freedoms.
