This looks like the old Hat Production. Looks good, can't wait til it shows up. Funny his video says to see his site, but it is not listed. Is this old stuff or what. Kind of strange to have a video that says to buy it on his site and then it is not listed. What's up!

What the heck is that black disk he is producing? Is it a burned pizza or something?

From the heading I thought Sylvester had turned musician, or singer, or something!

It's new.. and they are for sale.. you might need to contact him directly...
Harry...it's CLEARLY an LP... you know. those things they used to play before MP3, CD, Cassette, 8 Track etc. Perhaps you're too young to remember them? |

Man oh man! I vaguely remember those. I think they came somewhere after the wax tubes and before 8-tracks.
I wonder how many folks under 25 have even seen one?

It's funny that some of the real young kids don't remember CDs already (I've dropped color changing CDs in favor of color changing juggling rings from my library show)!
This past weekend my neighbor had a yard sale and got rid of over 1000 CDs (mainly to old farts in their 40s) because his music collection is now all on flash drives/MP3 players. He spend the last two years putting his music in solid state digital form and has backed it up. He stopped buying paper books as soon as he bought a Kindle and has pretty much sold off his collection of books too. He claims he is downsizing. I gave a box of several hundred LP records to an artist that makes interesting objects for the house out of them (drink coasters and chip bowls). The prop is up there with a silver and half dollar as an interesting artifact of a now distant past. Still it is a funny prop (like the mallet better and everyone understands a hammer, especially a huge one!).

How much ???? a little pricey for me, or I would buy one.

Wow. Outta MY price range...wonder how much of this stuff is actually SOLD? $110 is a bit over the top in my opinion...

I seriously cannot stand his comic sans-plagued website. Aside from that, I like the mallet.

Well he is a cartoon character. That font seems fitting.
Doug all of the people I have seen with Sylvester props are working pros. I think that might be his market. Like I have seen said here on the Café "make the price high to keep it out of the hands of the merely curious"
