You can get these books from Davenports' in London, or From magic books by Post in the U.K., if you are here in the states you can try H & R books. HAnk Lee used to carry them both, so you could give him a call as well to check.

Davenports has these books and even though they are overseas I got my shipment within a few days and the freight wasn't that bad.

I quite enjoyed the first volume, but the second one seemed to drag a bit.

You should really check out Oil & Queens and The Smiling Mule from Volume 1. Again, not much in volume 2, but it's definitly worth your while to get the first one.

I think both books should be near the top of the list for anyone seriously interested in sleight of hand card magic.

I got my copies of Roy Walton's Complete Walton 1 & 2 (they are sold as a set for $70.00) from Michael Canick Booksellers in NY. htp://www.canick.com.
And if you like cardmagic, you will love these books.
I recommand them.
