And not how I would take it! I used to have dreams that I was keeping my pet cow, Michael, in my apartment. (She actually stayed at my Aunt's farm.) Time would come I'd have to take her outside, just like a dog, and I'd wonder how long I could manage to keep her here without the neighbours or landlord finding out!
She's deceased now (2010). What a beautiful, just lovely lady she was. Thanks very much for this thread, critter!

My favorite farm animal is Goat. Goat is my friend's neighbor's pet Belgian goat. I've been around goats before, having spent a lot of time on farms and ranches, but this goat was different. He was bigger and really expressive. I brought him pressed bananas and his eyes just lit up when he realized that what he was tasting wasn't just more celery. Goat's my buddy.
